Deck the Halls with Hope:
Navigating the holidays amid family addiction
Join the webinar on November 18
Managing addiction within the family can be challenging at any time. However, the holidays often introduce another level of anxiety and stress when problematic substance use is occurring with a loved one. You may be thinking:

"How we are supposed to have a 'normal' family holiday celebration when things seem so problematic?"

"How do we determine if it's ok to have wine or alcohol with our holiday celebration?"

"I know she probably can't afford gifts, so what should we do?"

"The holidays are so triggering for me. I'm not even sure I want to celebrate
or do anything festive."

If any of these statements resonate with you, you won't want to miss this webinar, especially as we head into the holiday season. During this one-hour virtual webinar, you will learn how to navigate the holiday season with grace and understanding, even when faced with the challenges of addiction in your family. This webinar will provide practical tips and insights to help you:

  • Foster positive connections with loved ones
    • Create healthy holiday traditions
    • Practice self-care and stress management
    • Find strength and resilience in the face of adversity

This webinar was specifically created for family members that have a loved one currently impacted by problematic substance use or navigating early recovery.
