About the Event
Our 5th Annual Spring Cleaning Event is a two-day community tradition designed to help neighbors clean out their homes, connect with one another, and make the most of spring!
Sell what you can during Saturday’s neighborhood garage sale — then bring the rest to our community dumpster day on Sunday!

How It Works:
Day 1: Saturday
Garage Sale Day - Sell What You Can
Host a garage sale at your home. We’ll help drive traffic by marketing the event online and throughout the neighborhood. On the day of the Garage Sale, we will put directional signs throughout the neighborhood directing patrons to registered homes to maximize activity.
*Please register your home by April 15 to be included on the official garage sale map and promotions.
*The garage sale portion of the event will only be held in the Del Cerro & Allied Gardens neighborhoods.

Day 2: SUnday
Dumpster Day - Dump the Rest
Bring unsold or unwanted household items to our community dumpster day for free disposal.
We will have two designated disposal stations:
• General household items
• Electronic waste recycling
First come, first served.
Limit: One carload per household.
The dumpster typically fills by 11:00 AM.

Not planning to host a garage sale? That’s okay.
Come spend the morning exploring Del Cerro & Allied Gardens — shop local garage sales, meet your neighbors, and be part of a community tradition.
The official garage sale map — featuring all participating homes — will be released on April 16th and shared across social media and local community platforms.
Grab a coffee, plan your route, and enjoy a morning around the neighborhood.
