Whether your goal is to lower your A1c or even shed some pounds, you won’t want to miss this session that offers a variety of ideas on how to accomplish your goals.  Learn the ins-and-outs of how to exercise smart, not hard to get the results you want. Discover what your personalized “target heart rate” should be during your workouts and learn how vitamin supplementation & the foods you eat can affect your workouts.   Co-hosts Ron J. Guevara, DO and Registered Dietitian, Kate Hilliard in this second Virtual Event Series for Diabetes will focus on lifestyle changes that will help get you moving with a variety of resources for beginners and intermediate levels.  They will discuss goal setting and how to reward yourself without 'falling off the wagon'.  

RSVP by no later than October 14th @ 5pm. Once we've received your RSVP, someone from our office will contact you to collect payment. On the day of the event, a Video Link will be sent to you.
