RIBEYE STEAK: with house made chimichurri. served with creamy mashed & seasonal vegetable
FRESH SALMON: 6 oz of seared fresh-caught Atlantic salmon on a savory poblano crema. served with rice pilaf & seasonal vegetable

A dedicated Dessert Bar will be available to end the night on a sweet note.
