Capacity: Limited to 30 people per night to ensure an intimate experience.

You will be hosted in the "Party Room," a dedicated private dining space with your own servers and a dedicated bartender.

Starter
Classic Caesar Salad.

Main Course
No pre-order required—you'll choose from these Parlay favorites on the night of the event:
LEMON-ROSEMARY CHICKEN oven roasted half chicken with a lemon & rosemary beurre blanc. served with creamy mashed & seasonal vegetable
RIBEYE STEAK: topped with house made chimichurri. served with creamy mashed & seasonal vegetable
FRESH SALMON: 6 oz of seared fresh-caught Atlantic salmon on a savory poblano crema. served with rice pilaf & seasonal vegetable

Dessert
A dedicated Dessert Bar will be available to end the night on a sweet note.

Important Notes
Cash Bar: A private bartender will be available for all cocktail and beverage orders.

Cost is $65 per person

Registration will close Feb 15 or when sold out. Compete your registration early to ensure you do not miss out on this new venue.
