Come join us at the DK Heavy Plant Services shed on September 21st, 2024 as we head off on a Postie Bike Adventure in support of R U OK? through the back country of the Upper Hunter/New England Region. You don't have to have a postie, you can ride any road-registered motorbike!
There are 2 routes that you can choose from;
Route 1 will take you on the back road from Gundy to Nundle which does include approximately 60kms of corrugated dirt road.
or you can opt for
Route 2 which will take you back to Scone & up the highway to Nundle.
How the day will look;
*8.30-9am - Pre-start breakfast at the DK shed with bacon & eggs plus coffee to kick start your engine.
*10am - Depart the DK shed heading to Aberdeen Commercial pub arriving approx 10.30am for a quick stop & a fundraiser raffle drawn at the venue.
*11-11.30am - Depart Aberdeen & make our way to the Gundy pub arriving approx. 12-12.30pm for lunch which can be pre-ordered at the start of the morning with payment to be made at the pub. Another raffle will take place & drawn here.
