Our governing mission is to create an inclusive workplace by promoting responsible and inclusive hiring practices, ensuring equality, and generating opportunities for everyone.
 
 
As part of this initiative, we will honor and celebrate outstanding students who have qualified for scholarships. This event is more than just a fundraiser—it's a movement to support underserved students in the Dallas area, empowering them to succeed regardless of their background or resources.

Partnership with Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School: We're thrilled to partner again this year with the Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School, a vital organization dedicated to supporting educational excellence and creating opportunities for students in the Dallas area. As the first all-girls public school in Texas, Irma Rangel provides young women with a rigorous, STEM-focused education in a college-preparatory environment. The school emphasizes college readiness, leadership, and community involvement, empowering students to become tomorrow's leaders.
