Dune Restoration Meeting 
A free, hybrid meeting will be held January 11, beginning at 9am. This will occur following the Western Snowy Plover Rangewide meeting (January 9-10 in the same location).

The in-person presentation sessions will be held at the San Diego Zoo, Dickenson Auditorium, 2920 Zoo Drive SD, CA 92101. Online participants will join via Teams (Link will be sent to registrants).

We will offer a field trips to dune restoration sites north of San Diego on the morning of January 12.

We are accepting abstracts for 20 minute virtual presentations and working group suggestions. Please send submissions to [email protected] using the formatting below. Abstract submission will close Dec 8, 2023.
Videos to accompany the presentations are encouraged. Presentations on the following topics are recommended for submission:

· Native plant restoration methods and results
· Sea level rise adaptation in dune ecosystems
· Recovery of listed or endemic plants
· Invasive species eradication and control techniques
· Educational programs augmenting dune ecosystem recovery

Put the title in capitals. Return twice. Put the authors’ names in Italics. Indicate the speaker with an asterisk. Use superscripts for authors with different addresses. Include the email address of the senior author. Do not put a period after the email address. Return twice. Indent three spaces. Single space the body of the abstract. Place only one space after periods. Avoid abbreviations. Include scientific names of species (Italics in parentheses). Please include results and avoid using phrases such as “will be discussed.” The body of the abstract should not exceed 300 words. Presenters will be notified later regarding scheduling. Use Times New Roman 11 font with one inch margins.
