Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What COVID protocols are you taking to keep the event safe for all?
A: The safety of our guests and staff is top priority. We will be following county and state COVID guidelines and restrictions, and we will be encouraging social distancing throughout the event.

During these uncertain times we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The Easter Bunny is doing everything they can to make your photo experience magical and safe.

Q: How will I get my photo?
A: We will upload your photos to our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/greshamstation. They will be available for download on Monday, April 18.

Q: What exactly is a contact-free in person experience?
A: Children will have no physical contact with the Easter Bunny. The Easter Bunny will still be in the photos, but there will be no physical contact, such as sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap, hugging the Easter Bunny, etc.

Parents should be prepared to hold babies and young children (in general, this would include 2 years and younger) who can't sit by themselves, while photo is being taken. The Easter Bunny and photographer will not be able to assist with holding and positioning your child due to social distancing.

Parents, we ask that you please have this discussion with your children prior to arrival so that everyone knows exactly what to expect.

Q: Where do I go?
A: All events will be held next to Best Buy in the building at 1090 Norman Ave, Gresham, OR 97030. There will be signage around the center to help you find your way.

Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: Unfortunately, we don't have a way for you to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to only register for the time slot you can attend.

Q: Why is this event by reservation only?
A: Reservations are truly the best way to offer a stress-free experience for all visitors. In addition, the reservations will help us keep families socially distanced and our guests and staff safe during the experience.

Q: Can we use our personal camera or video recorder when we visit the Easter Bunny?
A: You are welcome to take pictures with your cell phone and personal photo/video devices.

Q: Can pets visit the Easter Bunny?
