+communicate effectively across lines of difference
+engage in challenging conversations effectively
+set norms during group discussions & meetings to ensure civility
& equity.
You will discuss the value of empathetic listening, how to establish mutual respect, and how to use “meta-conversation” tools to diffuse tension and community.
