Eius is a 9-month journey that helps you navigate change, lead effectively, and sustain your ministry in an often complex, pastoral environment so that you can develop new skills and perspectives about yourself, brother priests, and our Lord.

Each of the three Eius phases will begin with an in-person gathering of the entire cohort. To participate in Eius, a priest must be able to attend all three in-person gatherings.

The new home of the Augustine Institute is a 284-acre campus in Florissant, MO. The property has several amenities that will be utilized for all in-person gatherings, including classrooms, lodges with guest rooms, and a large dining area with windows overlooking the river bluffs along the Missouri River. Outdoor spaces offer opportunities for athletic recreation along with five miles of nature trails and four miles of paved paths ideal for quiet prayer and meditation.
