On the day of your ordination, you gave your life to Christ and His Church. But the world you serve is not the same, and its demands on priestly ministry have only grown more complex.

Through Eius, you will be equipped to meet the realities of today’s Church with greater confidence, strengthening your leadership, deepening your priestly identity, and cultivating the habits that sustain a life-giving ministry. This is not just another program; It’s a path of renewal from the inside out.
THE FOUNDATIONS TRACK
In the Foundations Track, priests develop a deeper knowledge and understanding about your role as a shepherd of souls, growing your leadership skills and helping you navigate often complex pastoral environments with confidence. This track is for priests ordained within the past ten years who want to see positive change and growth within themselves and by extension, their parishes or faith communities.
THE PRIEST WELLNESS TRACK
The Eius Priest Wellness Track is a six-month experience built on the principle that small, intentional changes can renew your strength for the mission God has entrusted to you and multiply the fruit of your labor.

Grounded in five core principles — Strength, Fuel, Recovery, Brotherhood, and Divine Identity — this journey practically integrates your physical life with your priestly mission.

As you move through the phases of this track, you will reclaim the strength, energy, and discipline needed to meet the demands of your vocation. Become the person and priest God created you to be today.
FOUNDATIONS TRACK DATES
Each of the three Eius phases will begin with an in-person gathering of the entire cohort. To participate in Eius, a priest must be able to attend all three in-person gatherings.
