Jessica Brooks is a Director of Supply Chain with 15 years of experience in both enterprise and start up CPG companies including Nike and Bulletproof. Jessica’s passion is accelerating supply chain development for entrepreneurial companies. With a unique background in broadcast journalism, she enjoys combining the two industries by using clear and concise communication to make complex supply chain information easy to digest. Jessica’s vision is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools to expedite their company’s supply chain development and share the valuable insights she wishes she had earlier in her career.

Michelle Lapino is the COO at the Honey Pot Company, a female founded and operated feminine hygiene company. ( A plant-derived feminine hygiene company intent on providing humans with vaginas a healthy feminine care alternative). Michelle has worked in supply chain for 18 years, at organisations such as Nestle and Unilever. Working her way up from an entry-level position in the UK to earning her seat at the C-Suite table in the USA. Michelle is a passionate transformational leader who enjoys building teams through personal connection & mentoring

Stephanie Allen
Director of Co-manUFACTURING & Procurment, Bulletproof 360
Stephanie Allen is currently the Director of Co-Manufacturing and Procurement for Bulletproof 360, a fast growing start up CPG offering an array of alternative healthy products ranging from coffee to supplements. At Bulletproof 360, Stephanie created the Procurement & Co-Manufacturing team which developed and implemented creative procurement strategies significantly reducing costs and risks through the supply chain. She joined the Bulletproof team with 20+ years’ experience leading teams in large and small organizations including Safeway, Del Monte Foods, Cardinal Health, New Wave Foods and Cat Persons. Stephanie is passionate about helping companies and individuals achieve their goals.
Katie Horgan
CEO, Bravo CPG
Katie is the Founder of Bravo CPG, a team that provides fractional operations, logistics and supply chain support to early stage CPG companies. Bravo CPG has special expertise in the food, beverage and wellness categories. Prior to starting Bravo CPG, she built and ran operations teams at several venture backed, early-stage startups in NYC. Katie earned a BA from the University of Southern California and a MBA from Columbia Business School.  She served in the United States Marine Corps from 2006-2012, achieving the rank of Captain. She lives in Austin, TX and loves to recommend books to people who are tired of receiving book recommendations.
