Enduring Ventures Duration 2025
We are thrilled to invite you to our fourth annual Enduring Ventures Shareholder Summit, now called Duration!

What we cherish most about our past Summits is the deep connections and meaningful conversations shared among our attendees. This year, we’re embracing that spirit even more by creating a true "island effect"—a space where conversations can flow naturally over dinner and in the quiet moments in between. And yes, this time, we’ll literally be on an island!

Joining us will be high quality, handpicked guests including fellow investors, business owners and some surprise guests. We will allocate some time for off-the-record discussions to reflect on our journey and shared learnings, and pack the rest of the schedule with opportunities for connection and learning.

Why the new name?

Duration is inspired by the idea that as our world and capital markets become ever more focused on the short-term, long-term thinking is the greatest source of arbitrage.

We founded Enduring Ventures to build a vehicle for our own generational ambitions, inspired by long-term thinkers from decades past.

At Duration, we invite our guests to think in decades and generations rather than quarters and media cycles.

Our conversations will focus on:


Long-term investing.


Long-term living (longevity).


Long-term thinking.

We hope you'll have as much fun attending as we have producing it.

The Details:
Duration will be held on a stunning and secluded 9.5-acre property on a small island on the Chesapeake Bay. Over the course of three days, you’ll enjoy relaxation, seafood, kayaking, swimming, and more.

We’ll dine at Tickler’s Crab Shack, conveniently located on-site, where the fresh seafood is as unforgettable as the sunsets.

Afternoons will feature swimming in the saltwater pool, and evenings will bring cozy conversations around the fire as the bay fades into twilight.

What’s Covered:
Once you arrive, everything is included—lodging, meals, and activities. We’ll do our best to arrange transportation from the airport to the venue unless you prefer to drive.

Getting There:
Baltimore Washington International (BWI) is the most convenient airport, about 90 minutes away. Reagan National, Dulles, and Philadelphia airports are also options, each about two hours by car.

We can’t wait to spend quality time together in this special setting.

AGENDA OVERVIEW
A detailed schedule will be provided upon your arrival, but here’s an overview to help you envision the flow of the event.

TUESDAY, MAY 13
Arrive anytime after 12 PM. Rooms will be available on a rolling basis, but no later than 4 PM. Use the afternoon to settle in, explore the property, or enjoy activities at your own pace. Early arrivals can take a bike ride, relax by the pool, or simply unwind!

Starting at 4 PM, join us for cocktails, snacks, and lawn games. The evening officially kicks off at 6 PM with welcome remarks, introductions, and programming, followed by dinner and evening activities.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14
The day begins with morning activities, including water aerobics and yoga, followed by breakfast. Content sessions will start mid-morning, with Sieva and Xavier leading the first session. Additional speakers and topics will be shared soon.

We’ll have some fun activities that will allow us to explore the island, water and more in the afternoon.

In the evening, we’ll unwind, enjoy dinner at Tickler’s Crab Shack, and cap the night with live music.

THURSDAY, MAY 15
No need to rush off too early—morning activities will be available for those feeling refreshed. We’ll gather for a closing content session at 10 AM, followed by a farewell brunch before departures.
ARRIVAL
The Wylder Hotel Tilghman Island is located on Maryland's Eastern Shore, approximately 1.5 hours from Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), our recommended airport for your arrival.

When booking your flights, please plan to arrive at the hotel by 3 PM ET to allow time for check-in and settling into your accommodations.

Our Welcome Cocktails will begin at 4 PM ET, featuring lawn games and snacks, followed by the official Kick-Off at 6 PM ET.

As a secondary option, you may consider flying into Reagan National Airport (DCA), which is approximately 2 hours from the hotel.

DEPARTURE
Programming will conclude on Thursday, May 15, at 11 AM ET, followed by a brief lunch. We recommend scheduling your departure from the hotel no earlier than 12 PM ET and booking flights later in the afternoon to accommodate travel time.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
We are pleased to offer a shuttle service to and from BWI (available for an additional fee of ~$200 round trip). If you’re interested in this option, please indicate so on your registration.

Please note that while Ubers are typically available from the airport to the hotel, securing one for your return to the airport on Thursday may be challenging due to the hotel’s remote location. We encourage all guests to take advantage of the shuttle service for your return trip should you choose to take an Uber to the property.

  • Shuttle service on Tuesday, May 13, will be coordinated based on group arrival times.
  • For departures, the shuttle will leave the Wylder Hotel around 12 PM ET on Thursday, May 15.
If you prefer to drive, free parking is available onsite for guests renting cars.
