Hicham Oudghiri is on a mission to unlock greater access to capital for small businesses. He’s co-founder and CEO of Enigma, a data technology company that provides analytics about the identity and financial health of small and medium businesses across the U.S. He is also a co-founder of Prime Financial Technologies – a lending as a service for SMB debt. Hicham received a B.A. in philosophy and mathematics from Columbia University.

Ashley Isenberg is a passionate payment professional with nearly 20 years of experience. She cut her teeth in the industry as an ISO operator within the ATM and Merchant Acquiring space. After building a national presence, she decided to focus her expertise on revenue strategy and go-to-market at embedded payments leaders like Payrix, Payment Facilitator and Finix, US & CAD acquire processor. Ashley currently spends her time consulting on payments and fintech go-to-market and revenue strategy.
