Eddie Kelley often provided scholarships to attendees of various officiating camps and clinics. In celebration of his life and legacy we would like to continue that tradition through a scholarship fund in his honor. Fund's donated will be earmarked to provide future scholarships to continue his mission of training and developing the future of collegiate and professional officiating.
