An Evening On The Pond: Friends Of Sengekontacket Event
Join us on July 27 for a spectacular evening overlooking Sengekontacket pond.
This summer, Friends of Sengekontacket is hosting its first annual "Evening On The Pond” fundraiser. Please join us at the Rod & Gun Club with its beautiful water views of Sengekontacket for an evening of local delicacies, beverages and raising money to protect the pond and its barrier beaches.
We will be featuring island grown and prepared appetizers from Sweet Neck Oysters, Jaime Hamlin & Sons Catering, Edgartown Meat & Fish, Black Sheep, Net Result, Noman’s and Pie Chicks.
The evening’s highlights include an auction of seven unique pond-based experiences(as listed below), a live auction of a rare Ray Ellis framed print “Sengekontacket Morning” as well as several door prizes from local artisans!
We will also be live auctioning the sponsorship of three gates at State Beach which will include a plaque with the sponsoring family or business’ name at the entrance.
If you are unable to attend and are interested in one of our amazing experiences offered, you may place a bid with one of the FOS members as a proxy for your bidding.
Space is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible! If you cannot attend, you may donate below.
Please arrive no earlier than 6pm. Parking is limited, so please car pool whenever possible.
