Frequently Asked Questions
How much are the tickets, and how do I pay?
Thanks to the generosity of an awesome classmate who wishes to remain anonymous, we are able to charge a modest and entirely fitting sum of just $50 per person for the main event at Duke’s. To sign up, simply click on the Register Now button and follow the prompts.
Please note that due to catering considerations, we ask that you register on this website by SEPTEMBER 15, 2024. We prefer secure online payment by credit card, but checks are accepted. You will receive an email confirmation after your registration is complete, and your name will be added to the website’s list of attendees.
When you arrive at Duke’s Dockside, please sign in at the Registration Table and pick up your name tag.
What if I want to pay by check?
If you must pay by check, please click the Register Now button and select 'pay by check' from the drop-down menu (instead of 'pay by credit card'). Then contact Peggy Ganong ([email protected]) for instructions on where to mail your payment.
Are there any hotel accomodations nearby?
Yes. In addition to downtown Seattle hotels, there are several accommodation options in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Some offer package deals and/or special senior rates.
We welcome volunteers, especially to help us spread the word about the reunion. If you are interested in helping with decorations, set-up, clean-up, or other material matters, contact the reunion committee: [email protected]
We are also aware that many alums want to give back to the high school we all dearly love and will soon provide details about how you can invest in the future of Evergreen High School by supporting Friends of Evergreen.
What other activities are planned for the weekend?
As with reunions past, a casual event will be held on the evening of Friday, October 11, 2024 at 6:30pm at Tim's Tavern in White Center (9655 16th Ave SW, Seattle 98146). Look for Sue Glanzrock in the bar!
For those who are interested, Ron Edwards is organizing a golf outing. At this time, no details are available, but we will share them as they emerge: here, on the Facebook page, and on Classmates.com.
Anyone interested in organizing a Sunday picnic should contact the reunion committee and be prepared to do the legwork.
Who should I contact if I have any further questions?
