It’s a glamorous occasion and whilst tuxedos and evening gowns are preferred, we encourage people to ‘dress to impress’. This includes cultural dress, cocktail attire, posh frocks, lounge suit or business wear.
An event with Professional Boxing
With a drinks reception, a title fight, three more bouts of professional boxing and a delicious three-course dinner, this event is not to be missed.
Set to be a complete sell-out with over 500 guests attending, including Property Owners and Occupiers, FM companies as well as Property Managing Agents. Who typically registers to attend?

All tickets include cloakroom service, drinks reception, three course dinner with half-bottle of wine per person, tea, coffee and petit fours.
Three bouts of professional Boxing will take place after dinner, prior to the main event of the evening, a title fight.
Carriages will be available to take Guests to the After Party once the Boxing has finished.

Sponsors Arrival & Reception
Hosted at Royal Lancaster London in the Nine Kings Suite, this reception is exclusively for Sponsors and their guests to enjoy an early drink and meet our special guests from the sporting world. We will then join the other 400 guests at the main Drinks Reception being held downstairs. Please use the Nine Kings Private Entrance.

Arrival & Check-in
Over 500 guests will be welcomed to the Nine Kings Suite at the Royal Lancaster. Security will be present throughout and a valid ticket will need to be shown on request. Please use the Nine Kings Private Entrance.

Drinks Reception & Photo's
Following registration and use of the complimentary cloakroom service, the night begins with a free-flowing drinks reception which is kindly sponsored by Team Software. A number of special guests from the sporting world will be in attendance and photo opportunities possible.

Call To Dinner
Guests will be called to their tables for a three course dinner with half-bottle of wine per person, tea, coffee and petit fours. Table and seating plans will be provided prior to the event and displayed on big screens. Starters will be served at 7:15pm.

Professional Boxing
Guests will enjoy three professional bouts of boxing, consisting of no more than four rounds each. There will also be a short Q&A session with a few of the special guests between bouts. Then we have the main event, a professional Championship bout where a title and belt will be decided on the night!

Prize Draw & Auction Close
Tonight we will be raising money through a silent auction and a prize draw for two fantastic charities; Boxing Futures and DEBRA. Please do bid generously and help us raise vital funds for these two very worthy causes! Every penny raised goes to the designated charities, no fees are deducted at all.

After-Event Carriages
The final bout of professional boxing will be the Championship bout which will conclude around 11pm and last orders will be called. Carriages will be available to take Guests to the After-Event at Park Lane Casino, which is kindly sponsored by Metropolitan Gaming and includes a £10 Cash Match!
