Registration Update
The inaugural Fairways for Autism Charity Classic is officially FULL!
Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we have reached our maximum capacity of 128 golfers for this year's event.
Thank you to every player, sponsor, donor, and supporter who helped make this possible. The response has exceeded our expectations, and we are excited to continue growing this event in the future.
Please follow us on Facebook at Fairways For Autism Charity Classic for tournament updates, photos, future events, and announcements.
Our goal is to make this an annual tradition, and we are already looking ahead to next year. Based on availability, future tournaments may take place later in the year, and we are exploring additional opportunities and locations to continue raising awareness and support for the autism community.
Thank you again for being part of something special.
We’ll see everyone on the course!

Play Disney’s Palm Course while supporting the Els for Autism Foundation
Join us for the Fairways for Autism Charity Scramble, a fun and meaningful day of golf at the beautiful Disney's Palm Golf Course.
This event is being organized as part of a fundraising effort supporting the Els for Autism Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families impacted by autism through innovative programs, services, and research.
Professional golfer Ernie Els founded the organization after his son was diagnosed with autism, and today the foundation has become one of the leading resources for autism support worldwide.
Why This Event MattersThis tournament is personal.
I was invited to participate in the Ernie Els for Autism charity golf event later this year at TPC River Highlands alongside my former Detachment First Sergeant, SFC Brent Williams. Brent has been involved with the foundation for years, and his connection to the cause runs deep — three of his four children have autism.
Over the years, I’ve also had many friends whose families are navigating life with children on the spectrum. Watching them adapt, advocate, and work through challenges has given me a deeper appreciation for the strength and patience it takes. While my own family hasn’t been directly impacted, I’ve seen firsthand how autism affects families and the support systems around them.
That’s part of why this event means so much to me. Even if we’re not personally facing those challenges in our own home, we all have opportunities to show up and support the people around us. This tournament is simply one way I can help contribute to a cause that is making a real difference for families through the work of the Els for Autism Foundation.
Whether you’re here to compete, have fun with friends, or simply support the mission, your participation helps make a real difference.
A Personal Thank YouI want to personally thank you for taking the time to be part of this event. Whether you’re signing up to play, sponsoring a hole, donating, or simply sharing the event with others, your support truly means a lot.
Events like this only work because people choose to show up for causes that matter. Your participation helps support the important work being done by the Els for Autism Foundation and the families whose lives are impacted by autism every day.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring people together for a great day of golf while supporting something bigger than the game itself.
Thank you again for being part of it.
