Tournament Registration Update
We're Officially Full!
Thanks to the incredible support from our community, all 96 player spots for the inaugural Fairways for Autism Charity Classic have been filled!
We are truly humbled by the response and can't thank everyone enough for registering, sponsoring, donating, volunteering, and helping spread the word. What started as an idea has quickly grown into an event that will make a meaningful impact for the Els for Autism Foundation.
Although player registration is now closed, there are still several ways to be part of this incredible event.
Premier Sponsorship Opportunities
We are still seeking:
• Presenting Event Sponsor
Become the title sponsor of the event with premier branding and recognition throughout tournament day.
• Official Food Sponsor
Help provide grab-and-go meal boxes for all 96 golfers while receiving branding on every participant's meal and recognition throughout the event.
Business Showcase Opportunities
Want to introduce your business or organization to nearly 100 golfers and attendees?
We have a limited number of Community Partner sponsorships available, which include:
- •Table space in the registration and clubhouse area
- •Opportunity to engage directly with participants
- •Company logo displayed on the event sponsor banner
- •Recognition as an official event sponsor
If you or someone in your network would like to become a sponsor or learn more about any of these opportunities, I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you again for helping make the first Fairways for Autism Charity Classic such a tremendous success. We can't wait to see everyone on August 6th!

Play Disney’s Palm Course while supporting the Els for Autism Foundation
Join us for the Fairways for Autism Charity Scramble, a fun and meaningful day of golf at the beautiful Disney's Palm Golf Course.
This event is being organized as part of a fundraising effort supporting the Els for Autism Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families impacted by autism through innovative programs, services, and research.
Professional golfer Ernie Els founded the organization after his son was diagnosed with autism, and today the foundation has become one of the leading resources for autism support worldwide.
Why This Event Matters
This tournament is personal.
I was invited to participate in the Ernie Els for Autism charity golf event later this year at TPC River Highlands alongside my former Detachment First Sergeant, SFC Brent Williams. Brent has been involved with the foundation for years, and his connection to the cause runs deep — three of his four children have autism.
Over the years, I’ve also had many friends whose families are navigating life with children on the spectrum. Watching them adapt, advocate, and work through challenges has given me a deeper appreciation for the strength and patience it takes. While my own family hasn’t been directly impacted, I’ve seen firsthand how autism affects families and the support systems around them.
That’s part of why this event means so much to me. Even if we’re not personally facing those challenges in our own home, we all have opportunities to show up and support the people around us. This tournament is simply one way I can help contribute to a cause that is making a real difference for families through the work of the Els for Autism Foundation.
Whether you’re here to compete, have fun with friends, or simply support the mission, your participation helps make a real difference.
A Personal Thank You
I want to personally thank you for taking the time to be part of this event. Whether you’re signing up to play, sponsoring a hole, donating, or simply sharing the event with others, your support truly means a lot.
Events like this only work because people choose to show up for causes that matter. Your participation helps support the important work being done by the Els for Autism Foundation and the families whose lives are impacted by autism every day.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring people together for a great day of golf while supporting something bigger than the game itself.
Thank you again for being part of it.
