Welcome to a new Faith Formation Year!  We are currently registering Grades KG - 12 for In-Person Faith Formation Classes. Register early to qualify for discounted registration fees!  Early Bird Registration Ends June 29th. Regular registration fees apply June 30th through August 16th.

ALL REGISTRATIONS CLOSE AUGUST 3RD.  Registration is not complete until a copy of your child's baptism certificate is received. You can contact the Baptismal Church and request one if you do not have one. If your child was baptized at Most Precious Blood, you do not need to provide a baptism certificate. All families registering children and youth in Faith Formation must be registered active parishioners of Most Precious Blood.

To prepare for Sacraments, students must be enrolled in Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation. Registration for Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation/First Communion and Confirmation) is a separate enrollment. Enrollment for all Sacraments takes place in person at the Mandatory Faith Formation Parent Meeting held during the first Faith Formation Class of the year (Sept. 2nd and 3rd). Enrollment forms for Sacramental Prep. are NOT available online.

Faith Formation Classes for the 2025-2026 Year begin September 2nd/3rd, 2025.  Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All families registering children and youth in Faith Formation must be registered active parishioners of Most Precious Blood.

Mandatory Parent Meetings will take place during all class times in the first week of class. Parents will escort students to class on the first day and then attend the Parent Meeting while their child(ren) are in class.  Students will not be admitted to class without a parent attending the Parent Meeting the first week of class. A schedule for the full Faith Formation Year, Parent Handbook, and information/forms for Enrollment in Sacrament Preparation will be provided at the Parent Meeting.

Registering for Faith Formation does not sign your child up for Sacrament Preparation.  Enrolling in Sacrament Preparation is separate and in addition to Faith Formation Registration. All enrollments for Sacrament Preparation will take place at the Parent Meetings at the beginning of September.

All families registering children and youth in Faith Formation must be registered active parishioners of Most Precious Blood.  If you are not a registered parishioner, you can complete a Parish Registration Form in the Parish Office during regular Office Hours on weekdays or at Mass on the weekends (Parish Registration forms are located in the Narthex on the Welcome Table).  This must be done prior to registering for Faith Formation.

Parish Office Hours are as follows:
- Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 5 pm
- Friday 10 am to 3 pm

Registration for Faith Formation is available online only May 27th - June 8th.  Starting June 9th, registration will be available in the parish office or online. If you register online, your payment will be taken online as well. If you register in the parish office, you may pay with card, cash, or check.

In accordance with the Diocese of Orlando guidelines, we must have a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate on file.  If your child was baptized at Most Precious Blood, then we have record of it already and you won't need to provide a baptism certificate.  If your child was not baptized at Most Precious Blood, please provide a copy of the baptism certificate to the Parish Office or email it in an attachment to [email protected] to complete your registration. You can contact the Baptismal Church and request one if you do not have one.
