It's time to SPEAK UP on behalf of fibroid warriors EVERYWHERE!
Join The White Dress Project & Society for Women's Health Research as we SHOW UP, SPEAK OUT, and take our advocacy beyond the doctor's office for more research and funding for uterine fibroids.
We'll be talking to Members of Congress about important issues like increased funding for fibroids research and specifically, the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Uterine Fibroids Research and Education Act, which was just reintroduced earlier this year by Representative Yvette Clarke.
We need YOU to make this day a success. We'll give you all the training you need to prepare. Bring your VOICE and your STORY.
Pre-registration is required for this event so that we may schedule meetings with your Member of Congress. Because Members' availability is so varied, we ask all participants plan to be available between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. [Also, this is why we will need your address! to identify the correct member]
We'll kick off the day with special remarks to get us motivated and ready to raise our voices! All registered attendees will receive additional information about pre-advocacy day training and a special post event social.
