MenuTrinfo and Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) are coming together to bring you the first ever Food Allergy Safety Summit…for Hospitality! Formerly separate events, the MenuTrinfo FASI (Food Allergy Symposium for Industry) and the FARE Food Service Summit, this joint event will bring together thought leaders across the industry to share best practices in food allergy safety.
The Food Allergy Safety Summit (FASS) aims to provide Food Service Operators and Manufacturers a forum to listen to experts, ask questions, discuss best practices and discover solutions.
The summit will be held in-person at the University of Maryland, College Park on March 20-21, 2024. An optional prevent roadshow will be held on March 19th. Note: There is no additional fee to participate in the roadshow. For more information, please indicate on the registration form.
Who Can Attend? FASS 2024 is for industry professionals ONLY. Prospective attendees must use a work email at registration to be eligible to attend.
