At FBCP, the Disability Ministry stands as a welcoming haven where everyone can truly belong, reflecting our deep commitment to inclusivity and acceptance. We affirm that each individual is uniquely crafted in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and deserves to be embraced as a vital part of our church family. Our ministry promotes meaningful connections, support, and opportunities for spiritual growth, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their abilities, feels valued and celebrated.
As we unite in faith, we hold fast to the truth in Galatians 3:28: "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." Together, let's cultivate a rich, loving community where every person can experience the depth of God’s unconditional love and grace.
With our
2024 launch of Night to Shine Palatka, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, we have embarked on a new season of learning and welcoming those with disabilities into the DNA of our church. It is our hope and the heart of our church that individuals and families affected by disability would find a place of belonging in our children’s, youth, and adult ministries. There is a place for YOU at First Baptist.
