FERMENTATION WORKSHOP - for request.
I am planning to start this journey with the basics like lacto-fermentation. And see how we getting along and what You People need from me - we can dig even deeper into the world of moulds and spores as well. Slowly but surely. But for now, this workshop will focus on our new best friend, Mr. Lactobacillus.

Let me know beforehand if you have any dietary requirements and also if you are specifically interested in any particular fermentation - so i can look into your topic and we can discuss is properly.

Spring is coming and nature is waking up slowly but shortly.
I'm planning to go for a forage walk once every month - so i encourage you to join me if you are interested in edible plants and the beauty of seasons. I plan to visit Shoreham as it's my favourite place for foraging, but there is so much to learn in the city that some urban foraging is also possible.
