Scot Keen serves as Assistant Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary, Pastor of Biblical Education at Fellowship Bible Church (Winchester, VA), and serves as Global Trainer and Content Developer for Ethnos360. Scot holds a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership and PhD in Bible Exposition from Dallas Theological Seminary. Scot has served in pastoral and academic ministries since 1998. He and his wife April have been married for 25 years and they have three children. The Keen’s family mission statement is to take the whole Word to the whole world.

Ed Waken and his wife, Debbie, have been together since high school. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Ed has been sharing the good news of Jesus since the day he became a Christian in April of 1976. His passion for Christ and love for others has influenced many around the world. Ed has traveled globally presenting and equipping people in the principles found in his book, Wildfire. Ed helps lead ValleyLife Church in Peoria, Arizona. ValleyLife is a network of organic churches across the Phoenix valley. He is also an adjunct professor of Biblical Studies at Arizona Christian University and teaches evangelism at Grace School of Theology.

Tracy Marshall is a content creator whose work helps women think clearly about marriage, family, ambition, and culture through a Biblical lens. She serves on the boards of Grace School of Theology, the Free Grace Alliance, and Transparency USA, an organization dedicated to making it easy for citizens to understand the money in state politics.
Tracy received her B.A. and law degree from Duke University, practiced employment law in Dallas, and later helped found the Grammar School at Midland Classical Academy in Midland, Texas. Tracy and her husband, Billy, have four adult children, a growing number of grandchildren, and are back home in Dallas.

Jeremy Mikkelsen is currently the executive director of the Free Grace Alliance and has previously served as a Senior Pastor (Lacey Bible Church) and an Executive Pastor (Northwest Hills Community Church). He and his wife Carri and their three kids also served as missionaries in South America. Jeremy and Carri both hold Bible degrees from Ethnos 360 Bible Institute, and Jeremy also has a civil engineering degree, as well as a Master's in Biblical Studies from Chafer Theological Seminary (2023).

Josh Benadum (MA, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is a pastor and network leader in Orlando, Florida. He and his wife, Meri, serve Acacia House Churches and collaborate with Youth for Christ, Stadia Church Planting, and Brave Future. He is also the author of A Life That Leads: Pursuing Christ and Impacting Others.

Before founding and directing GraceLife Ministries, Dr. Charlie Bing (B.A. Washington Bible College; Th.M., Ph.D., Dallas Theological Seminary) served 25 years in pastoral ministry—19 of those as pastor of a church he planted in Texas. He also helped found the Free Grace Alliance and served as its president. Dr. Bing and his wife, Karen, live in Burleson, Texas. They have four grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Joe Duke is the Founder and Executive Director of GraceWorks International and the Co-founder and Pastor Emeritus of LifePoint Church where he served as Pastor for over 35 years. Joe is a graduate of Asbury College (University) and Dallas Seminary (ThM). He is a writer and speaker who is obsessed with helping people grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus. 

Lance Burch is the Lead Pastor of Reality Church in Papillion, Nebraska, where the mission is simple: breaking down barriers between people and Jesus. After 23 years in student ministry, Lance has pastored Reality  for 15 years while chasing his ongoing obsession — making space for creatives in the life of the church. He wrote and directed the full-length musical Ruth: The Musical, and last year walked the Camino Portuguese (central route) to untangle three decades of ministry thoughts, one step at a time. Lance holds a B.A. in Christian Ministries from East Texas Baptist University and studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, including one unforgettable day of Hebrew. He's been married to Amy for 35 years, and together they have five daughters.
