Pastor Jeremy Mikkelsen
Free grace Alliance
Jeremy Mikkelsen is a teacher at heart, committed to helping people grasp the depth of God’s grace and the clarity of the gospel. His background in engineering sharpened his mind, but his calling to teach fuels his ministry. From missionary work in South America to pastoring in the Pacific Northwest, and now in his role with the Free Grace Alliance, Jeremy equips leaders to think biblically and teach faithfully. Whether training pastors across the globe or opening the Word with local churches, Jeremy’s passion remains the same: proclaiming God's grace with conviction and clarity. He and his wife Carri (22 years) have three teenagers and a shared passion for global missions, Biblical discipleship, and the kind of ministry that goes the distance.

Pastor Matt Toupin
First Baptist Portland
Matt has been the Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church of Portland, Oregon, since 2020. He graduated with an M.Div. from Portland’s Western Seminary and with an MBA from Oregon State University. Matt served as Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church of Oregon City, and then as Pastor at First Baptist Church of Omaha, Nebraska, and later at Woodland Park Baptist Church in Portland. In ministry, he thrives on preaching the Word in English and Spanish and helping people of all ages and cultures to grow in their faith. Matt and his wife Lisa married in 2003, and they are now the proud parents of four awesome kids.
Pastor Andy Stacy
Tumwater first baptist
Pastor Andy Stacy is a Northwest native with a desire to see the grace of Christ reach all around the world. He serves in the South Sound but has been blessed to travel to Asia, Africa, and Europe to train believers and encourage pastors. As the pastor of Tumwater Baptist Church, Andy works to teach the Bible accurately and engage in everyday discipleship, equipping believers both locally, regionally,  and internationally. He and his wife Sarah are raising five incredible kids and building a legacy of grace at home and abroad. Whether he’s teaching in a church overseas or hanging out with his family in the great Northwest, Andy’s passion remains the same: to see Christ formed in people everywhere.

Carri Mikkelsen
Sound grace
Carri will lead the workshop
"The Lure: A Look Into How Americanism Hooks You."

Carri Mikkelsen brings depth, empathy, and gospel clarity to everything she does—whether she’s counseling one-on-one, discipling believers, or writing words that speak truth with grace. A graduate of Ethnos360 Bible Institute, she holds a BS in Anthropology from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Biblical Counseling from Calvary University. Carri and her husband Jeremy served with Wycliffe Associates in South America, where they raised their three young children in a cross-cultural missions context. Later, they ministered together at Lacey Bible Church for five years. Today, Carri continues to shepherd hearts through discipleship, steadfastly committed to helping others walk in freedom and faith.
