Home Buyer Seminar
At this fun first time (or refresher) home buyer's class you will learn about many different types of loan products. You will learn about the credit, income, and assets required for mortgage loans. You will be guided through the entire real estate process which will include getting pre-approved, shopping for a home, making an offer, the closing process, and much more! A Taco Del Mar dinner is provided and we will play educational games with prizes! Your instructors will be Walter Howard, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and Sales Manager of The Howard Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, and Cory Williams, Real Estate Broker and Team Leader at Williams Ave Real Estate. Between your two instructors, they have more than 30 years experience in the Pacific Northwest Real Estate Industry.
