Transportation and Housing for the event will be on your team to coordinate and acquire. Please reach out to the organizers if you are having difficulty arranging any part of the trip and we will help out as much as possible. Be aware that accommodations do get booked out fairly quickly for the summer months in Livingston. We highly suggest making plans as soon as possible for the event.
Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

If you will be flying to Montana for the event you will need to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport(BZN). The Airport is located about 40min West of Livingston, MT. Once at the airport there are a few ways you can get to Livingston.
1. Phone a friend (Discuss Travel Options with Partners, Organizers of the Event and We Should be able to organize a ride. We imagine many will be coming in on similar flights and should be able to pick up multiple individuals at a time.
2. Rent a vehicle(Highly Suggested if both teammates are flying in as you will want a vehicle for the Trout Derby)- Both Enterprise and Hertz Rent Vehicles at BZN Airport
3.Uber -this should be last line of defense, but it is usually doable to get an Uber to Livingston, however it does typically run you about $100. Do not expect to be able to get a return UBER to the airport.

Camping and KOA Campground
Another Option to dig into is the availability of camping near Livingston. There is plenty of available camping areas especially in Paradise Valley. Below are some of the campsites listed and what the fees are for a night.

On River Campsites with Boat Launches, Bathrooms and Fresh Water
Loch Leven Campground - Located in Paradise Valley(28min to Downtown Livingston), camping is on a first come first serve basis. ($5.00 - $18.00/night)
Mallards Rest Campground -Located in Paradise Valley(18min to Downtown Livingston) is on a first come first serve basis ($12.00-$25.00/night)

KOA Campground - The KOA Campground is located on Pine Creek Rd in Paradise Valley right next to the boat ramp and fishing access(20min to Downtown Livingston). The campground boasts plenty of campsites, cabins and camper or truck camping parking areas.
