Chris brings over 15 years of expertise in Performance Psychology, with a distinguished career supporting elite athletes and high-performing business teams in environments of extreme pressure. From elite football and Olympic disciplines to Tour-level tennis, cycling, and an eight-season tenure in Formula 1, Chris has honed his skills in resilience, emotional management, and decision-making. Transitioning his knowledge to the corporate world, he has delivered human performance programs for top-tier organizations, including Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Samsung.
