Join us from May 14 to 18 for a 4-night fly fishing adventure outside of Billings, Montana, with 20 peer leaders. Come get what you need without expectations or stressful agendas. Recharge, refresh, and recalibrate. Let’s eat, fish, rest, and laugh. Wake up each day and do it again. We’ll fish on the world-famous Bighorn River for three solid days. Enjoy leisurely meals together, and sit around a bonfire, relaxing with a cigar in one hand and a beverage in the other.
We are excited to make room for 22 like-minded, successful, super busy marketplace leaders to enhance relationships through shared experience, a little adventure, and fun conversation. Our partner, the Refuge Foundation, welcomes you back or for the first time, to "get what you need."
All Refuge staff, chefs, and fly fishing guides are top-notch and authentically serve leaders with care. Guests will fly in on Thursday and out on Monday, fully rejuvenated.
The atmosphere of this beautiful Montana retreat creates a venue for meaningful and accountable relationships that help the leaders avoid isolation and build authentic camaraderie.
The cost is cut in half by donors who believe in the power of restoration. Normally $3,000, the cost is only a $1,695 suggested donation.

Know Before You Go
Flights/Transportation:
Fly to Logan International Airport, Billings, Montana. Arrive as close to 1 PM as possible. Outbound flights should depart after 1 PM on Monday.
NOTE: If you can't arrive by 2 PM on the first day, please come a day early and secure a room in Billings.
No rental car necessary. Refuge will provide drivers to/from the Billings Logan International Airport and the Refuge Lodge, which is approximately 1 ½ hours from Billings, MT.
Sponsorship:
Charitable Sponsorships begin at $1,695 per person. Sponsorships can be from DAF, corporate or personal.
Fishing Experience:
Prior fly-fishing experience is NOT necessary. Seriously, it is NOT.
Gear:
Everything is waiting for you. You are always welcome to bring your own as well.
Lodging:
You will stay at the expanded Refuge Lodge. It is located in Fort Smith, MT on the Bighorn River. The place is gorgeous!
Food:
Refuge has amazing chefs who will prepare all the meals.
