Taught by doulas, this hands-on class will prepare dad for the big day. We will talk about the weeks leading up to birth, each stage of labor, early postpartum, and how your job changes slightly during these times. Get ready to become "daddy doula!" Mom, you are welcome and encouraged to come to this class as well.
