Jack is an OT Lead Supervisor with specialised experience working in forensic settings across the Perth metropolitan prison system. He holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Curtin University and began his career in 2017, joining Better Rehab in 2021 as a Senior OT before becoming Team Leader of the Mt Hawthorn site in 2022.
Jack delivers in-prison and telehealth services to regional correctional facilities, supporting individuals to transition from custody back into the community. He works closely with the Department of Justice and NDIS stakeholders to gather evidence and develop appropriate housing and support pathways, while supporting participants to rebuild routines and daily living skills following incarceration. Alongside his forensic practice, Jack has experience in regional hospital settings, including acute and sub-acute care, assistive technology prescription, ABI rehabilitation, and vision impairment support.
JOE MCEVOY

Joe is an OT Lead Supervisor with specialised experience working in forensic settings across New South Wales, including Long Bay Correctional Centre and the Silverwater Correctional Complex. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University College Dublin, a Master’s Degree from the University of Limerick, and a qualification as an OT Driver Assessor. Joe began his career in adult mental health, working across acute psychiatry and community services, and joined Better Rehab in 2022, bringing strong skills in functional capacity assessment, housing assessments and driving evaluations.
Joe provides in‑prison and telehealth services statewide, completing functional capacity assessments and determining appropriate levels of NDIS support for individuals in custody. He collaborates closely with correctional services and NDIS stakeholders to gather evidence and develop suitable support pathways, while assisting participants to rebuild meaningful routines, daily living skills, and independence following incarceration or periods of mental ill‑health.
