Countdown to forward!
We are so excited that our youth group will be attending Forward Conference again this year! This event has been a powerful and impactful experience for our youth group in past years, providing an opportunity for students to grow in their faith, deepen their relationship with God, and build lasting friendships.
Fundraising & Cost
To help with the cost of this conference trip, we will be organizing several fundraisers over the coming months. These fundraisers will allow students to actively participate in raising funds and help reduce the overall trip cost.
Trip Cost Breakdown:
- Total cost per student: $200
- Required at registration: $100 non-refundable deposit
- Remaining balance: $100 due closer to the trip date
Your student’s cost covers:
-Conference ticket
-Hotel lodging
-Group meals together
-Our custom youth group t-shirt
-Gas/transportation for the group
To secure your child’s spot, we require:
✅ A $100 non-refundable deposit
✅ A signed permission form
Submitting these items will confirm your child’s commitment to attend and agreement to fulfill the remaining balance when it’s due.
