The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Central District of California's Virtual Law Student Open House
Join us on September 3, 2020
The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Central District of California's office invites you to our virtual open house Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 4-6 PM (PST).
In an effort to increase visibility and attract diverse applicants, we are inviting you to meet a panel of our attorneys and learn more about who we are and what we do. This virtual open house is designed to provide insight into what it is like to be a federal public defender and talk about job and internship opportunities available with our office. This open house will also be an opportunity to ask questions and meet some of your future colleagues.
As Federal Public Defenders, we represent indigent clients in federal criminal matters, which include possession of firearms, distribution of controlled dangerous substances, white-collar cases, illegal reentry, and many more. We strive to provide a meaningful voice for those often silenced by our legal system through our fierce advocacy and representation. Therefore, we are constantly looking for talented and dedicated attorneys to help further our mission.
We look forward to meeting you.
Please RSVP as soon as possible. Space is limited. Zoom link will be emailed upon registration. Closed captioning will be provided.
