Free Lecture: Safe-enough and Stress Responses of the Autonomic Nervous System
Join us live online via Zoom for this special free event.
April 27th  -  9:30a-12:30p - 30 minute break from 10:45-11:15

In this 2.5 hour lecture, Margaret Rosenau will speak about the safe-enough and stress responses of the Autonomic Nervous System -- the portions of our nervous system that respond automatically before we can think about it. This lecture will give you an overview of the material taught in our Nervous System Dynamics course. This material is also covered in our Professional Practitioner Certification Training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. What distinguishes this approach to exploring the nervous system is the in-depth understanding Margaret embodies of fluid dynamics and biodynamics. Fluids soften charge and invite tight and caught places to move. The gifts of Biodynamics include the orientation to the Intelligence and aliveness in ALL physical and emotional challenges. Come learn and discover qualities of the nervous system you may not have encountered before as well as tools to support your own nervous system!

Margaret and the staff and students at the School of Inner Health are dedicated to the health, intelligence & aliveness that exists in each and every one of us.

Join us to learn and connect.

A word from Margaret: "I love to teach from a place of depth and breadth – to bring the big picture into the specific moment and relate a specific experience to larger contexts. The human body is my medium. I have a strong desire to make both embodiment and the aliveness inside themselves and the world accessible and real to students. I long to share this perception of aliveness with the world so that the world can become a place of deeper relationship and connection."
