This virtual workshop is designed for GC Collective members and their legal teams. Members are encouraged to invite a member of their legal team who is involved in AI adoption, legal operations, technology, process improvement, or workflow design to attend alongside them.

AI agents are beginning to move beyond experimentation and into the day-to-day work of legal teams. But what does it actually take to build one that is useful, reliable, and integrated into the way your team works?

In this practical session, James Cosgrove, Vice President and General Counsel at CookUnity, will join Evan Michalski, Principal Solutions Architect at Streamline AI, to share how CookUnity is putting agentic AI to work on real legal tasks. Using CookUnity’s experience as a real-world example, we’ll look at how legal teams can identify the right work for an AI agent, build it into existing processes, and begin treating AI less like a standalone tool and more like a junior member of the legal team.

The conversation will focus on practical application rather than AI theory, with lessons that can be applied by legal departments of different sizes and particularly by lean teams looking to create more capacity without adding headcount.
