Generous Life New York Presents:
All is Calm-ish: Book Launch with Niro Feliciano
November 18th, 2025 | 6:30pm | The 52nd Street Project New York, NY
Experience an evening of insight, laughter, and honest conversation as we celebrate the launch of All is Calm-ish with author, therapist, and speaker Niro Feliciano.

As the joyful, but often overwhelming, holiday season approaches, Niro will share wisdom from her new book on navigating stress, expectations, and relationships with grace, humor, and grounded mental health strategies. The night will feature a fireside-style conversation, interactive discussion, and reflections designed to help us enter the holidays more present and peaceful… even when life feels only “calm-ish.”

We’re also honored to highlight the work of The 52nd Street Project, a nonprofit transforming the lives of NYC youth through the power of theater. A portion of the evening will celebrate their impact and invite guests to support their mission.

Appetizers, wine, and light beverages will be served in a warm, thoughtful setting designed for meaningful connection.

Please RSVP to reserve your spot.

ABOUT THE BOOK
All Is Calmish by psychotherapist and TODAY show contributor Niro Feliciano offers practical, research-based strategies to help people navigate the stress and emotional challenges of the holiday season. Instead of forcing cheer, the book encourages finding peace, balance, and authentic joy through small daily practices. In 31 short chapters, Feliciano—drawing from her experience as a therapist and mother—provides prompts and rituals to manage anxiety, family tension, loneliness, grief, and financial strain. Ultimately, the book reminds readers that while the holidays may never be perfect, they can still be meaningful, grounded, and “calmish.”
