NADIA GORDYNSKY
Founder, President and CEO
Save A Life International
Nadia Gordynsky is the Founder, President and CEO of Save a Life International, the organization that helps women in crisis pregnancy, helps the victims of abuse and domestic violence.

Nadia was born in Western Ukraine when Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union. She grew up in Christian home under soviet regime, where Church was heavily persecuted.
After moving to America in 1998 she established her family and career. The loss of her prematurely born son changed her perspective on sanctity of life and abortion. In 2009 she started traveling throughout Ukraine to schools and Universities and promoted the sanctity of life among youth. From this Save a Life International was born and had grown to become the international worldwide organization.

In the last 10 years as a speaker, Nadia has shared her personal story of loss, overcome obstacles, and thriving in a new country. It was the threads of God miracles in her life that led to the creation of the worldwide organization that she shares in her recent book” Little Feet, Big Heart.”

Being a native Ukrainian, she is actively taking part in the events organized by Ukrainian diaspora in United Nations, Washington, DC and Mission to Ukraine. Her speaking engagements had taken place in the US, Ukraine, and Europe. Women in crisis situations can count on Nadia, as a strong advocate, promoting the concept of Sanctity of life, Women’s dignity, and Love.

JILL PAGE GOSS
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
EVERY GOOD GIFT
Jill has worked with young single mothers for over twenty years, leading a small group program for teen mothers in Philadelphia public schools, offering housing and case management to pregnant and parenting teens and young women, and serving on the board of an urban pregnancy resource center.

These experiences have demonstrated the value of mentoring in a small group setting, shown the challenges young mothers face, even with government assistance, and inspired the desire to start Every Good Gift.
BROOKE NEARMAN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
ALPHACARE
Brooke Nearman is a pastor’s daughter who was blessed to grow up in the church where a small group of believers gathered 45 years ago to begin what is now AlphaCare.

From its inception, AlphaCare’s mission has been to demonstrate Christ’s love by providing life-affirming medical and social services to women and families in need. What began as a simple ministry of compassion has grown—under God’s faithfulness—into a dynamic movement for life in the heart of Philadelphia.

As Executive Director, Brooke combines heartfelt ministry with strategic leadership, ensuring AlphaCare operates with excellence, sustainability, and faithfulness to its mission. Under her guidance, AlphaCare has expanded its reach, strengthened community partnerships, and solidified its position as a trusted resource in Philadelphia.

Brooke is also a founding board member of the Pennsylvania Pregnancy Wellness Collaborative. She and her husband, Kevin, live in West Philadelphia with their three young children—Jolene, Miles, and Camille—where she enjoys gardening, travel, and serving in her local church.

ALISSA MESSINA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
CRADLE OF HOPE
Cradle of Hope (COH) was founded in 1997 by Michelle Nejman, who was working with young mothers at a local community college. Witnessing firsthand the challenges these women faced—including homelessness, unplanned pregnancy, and child care barriers—Michelle was moved to action. She opened the first Cradle of Hope Transitional Home in Glenside, Pennsylvania, creating a safe and supportive environment for young mothers in need.

Today, Cradle of Hope operates three adjacent homes that provide free transitional housing and comprehensive support services to young, single mothers experiencing homelessness and facing crisis pregnancies. Many program participants come to Cradle of Hope without the stability, education, or job skills needed to care for their children—but through compassionate support and guidance, they find hope and a pathway toward independence.
In 2019, Cradle of Hope expanded its outreach with the establishment of the Crisis Pregnancy Resource Center (CPRC). The CPRC now serves more than 300 mothers each year, offering free counseling, pregnancy testing, housing assistance, parenting classes, a baby essentials pantry, and community referrals.

Together, these programs form a continuum of care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women and families during some of life’s most challenging seasons.
Alissa Messina is the Executive Director of Cradle of Hope, where she has been leading the Cradle of Hope’s dedicated team and supporting the organization for nearly two years. She oversees the Transitional Housing Program, Crisis Pregnancy Resource Center, Development initiatives, Donor Engagement, and daily operations.

With more than two decades of experience in social services, school counseling, parent coaching, and nonprofit leadership, Alissa is dedicated to serving women, children, and families with compassion and purpose. Her leadership embodies Cradle of Hope’s mission to minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those facing challenging circumstances.

Alissa holds a B.A. in Sociology/Social Welfare from the University of Delaware and an M.A. in School Counseling from Eastern University, as well as certificates in Parent Coaching and Restorative Practices.
SHELBY HAMILTON
AREA DIRECTOR
YOUNGLIVES LIBERTY REGION
Shelby Hamilton serves as the Area Director for YoungLives Liberty Region in Camden County, New Jersey — a branch of Young Life that reaches and supports teen parents through mentorship, community, and the hope of Jesus.

Young Life’s mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. YoungLives extends that mission to expectant and parenting teens, helping them grow in faith, in life, and in leadership. Through friendship, practical support, and a safe place to explore faith, YoungLives walks alongside young moms and dads navigating the challenges of parenting at a young age.

The YoungLives Liberty Region currently serves parents in nine locations across the greater Philadelphia area — including Allentown, Coatesville, Norristown, Philadelphia, Phoenixville (PA), and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties (NJ).

Shelby began her journey with YoungLives as a volunteer mentor in 2019 and joined staff in 2020. Over the past five years, she’s had the privilege of witnessing lives and families transformed through love, belonging, and the hope of Christ.

Originally from Arizona, Shelby now lives in Magnolia, NJ, with her husband and their baby boy. She’s passionate about her work because she deeply loves the teens she serves—often saying, “They are some of the best parents I know, and I’m a better mom because of them.” Shelby’s heart is to help every young parent know that they are seen, capable, and deeply loved by God.
PEACE IKE

SET THE TABLE
Peace Ike is an executive coach, conflict resolution specialist, speaker, and worship leader with a heart for bridge-building and cultural transformation.

After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, she spent 15 years repairing broken bodies—only to discover her deeper calling was repairing broken bonds.

In 2017, she established a residential community for women, dedicated to intentional living, spiritual formation, and sisterhood in Christ. The following year, she launched The Gathering Place Philly, a non-profit designed to foster city-wide flourishing through faith and dialogue, gathering diverse strangers around the dinner table to break bread and break barriers.

Today, she leads Set The Table, a coaching and training organization equipping pastoral leaders, faith communities, and work teams to cultivate reconciliation and engage culture with wisdom, grace, and Spirit-led confidence.
