Generous Life presents
Generous Life Philadelphia Salon Event with Embers International
We'd like to invite you into a conversation on June 8, 2026 at 6:30 pm featuring Embers International.

Join us for a meaningful Generous Life Salon Spotlight featuring Embers International—an organization on the front lines of restoring dignity and creating lasting change around the world.

Embers International is committed to protecting, restoring, and empowering those impacted by injustice, while helping break the cycles of exploitation that lead to human trafficking. Through strategic partnerships with local organizations, their work is focused on reaching some of the most vulnerable—mothers and children living in slums and red-light districts—providing access to resources, opportunities, and hope for a different future.

We will be joined by Haejin Shim Fujimura, Co-Founder + Trustee and Chief Executive Officer, Embers International, Makoto Fujimura, Artist Advocate Council, Embers International, and Craig Detweiler, President and CEO, Wedgwood Circle.

We'll also talk about Mako & Haejin's new book called "Beauty x Justice: Creating A Life of Abundance and Courage". Their book offers a bold invitation to partner with God in restoring what is broken and building a more beautiful future.

This is more than a conversation—it’s an invitation to see how sustainable, faith-driven impact is transforming lives and communities for generations to come.

You can expect a compelling discussion followed by a thoughtful Q&A, along with plenty of opportunities to connect with peers.
