Christin Cardone McClave is an experienced executive leadership coach, advisor, board member, and speaker who brings rare credibility through both lived experience and executive leadership.
As a third-generation family business leader, she has spent decades navigating the complex intersection of family, ownership, and enterprise. Christin held senior executive roles at CARDONE Industries, including Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and board member overseeing global operations across the U.S., Canada, China, and Mexico. In 2019, she played a key leadership role in the successful sale of her family’s business to one of the world’s largest private equity firms, giving her firsthand insight into succession planning, governance, the professionalization of family enterprises, and the navigation of liquidity events. Combined with her background at Johnson & Johnson, prior to joining the family business, and her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Christin offers a uniquely holistic perspective on leadership succession and enterprise transformation.
Today, Christin works with family-owned businesses and families of wealth to strengthen communication, build trust between family and non-family leaders, and prepare the next generation for sustainable leadership. She is known for her candid, engaging speaking style and her ability to translate real-world experience into practical, actionable guidance. Her work spans succession planning, governance design, board development, leadership coaching, and values-based enterprise building, including the integration of family, business, generosity and faith. Christin empowers families to build harmony, steward legacy, and create long-term impact across generations.
She currently serves on two family business boards and two non-profit boards and is passionate about board governance. She and her husband reside between Philadelphia and Park City, UT. They have three sons, aged 23, 21, and 18, who are currently in college and starting their careers in Texas and Florida.
