Know Before You Go
Flights/Transportation: 
Fly into Nashville on May 6.

On May 6, transportation will be provided from Nashville to Evins Mill Resort & Retreat. If you plan to ride with the group to the retreat center, you must arrive in Nashville by 3:00 p.m. CT.

Retreat will begin at 5:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, May 6. Please book flights home from Nashville after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8.

Evins Mill Resort & Retreat is 1 hour (60 miles) away from the Nashville Airport.

Costs:
$1,500 per person (double occupancy)
$2,000- per person (single occupancy)
*Airfare not included.

Author and Therapist
Niro Feliciano is a psychotherapist and an expert on
anxiety, stress, and relationships. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and is the author of This Book Won’t Make You Happy and All Is Calmish. She is a frequent guest on the TODAY show and her column, “Is This Normal?” appears on Today.com. Her work has appeared in publications such as Real Simple, Oprah Daily, the New York Times, HuffPost, and Psychology Today. Feliciano is a first-generation Sri Lankan American and lives with her family in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
