Schedule Overview

What’s the format of the Summit?

Each day begins with a plenary session followed by breakout sessions throughout the day. There are three breakout session time slots on Saturday and two on Sunday.

What all-day activities are available?

In addition to breakout sessions, there are several all-day spaces available:
  • Transcend Gaming – Two dedicated gaming rooms
  • Quiet Reflection/Zen Space – Located on the second floor
  • HIV and STI Testing – Provided by the Montrose Center each day

Food & Meals

Is lunch provided?

Yes! Lunch is included with your General Admission ticket. You must select a ticket to ensure we have an accurate headcount for catering. If you prefer something other than what’s provided, you’re welcome to leave during the lunch break and return.

Venue & Navigation

Where will sessions be held?

Sessions will be held across all three floors of the Montrose Center:
  • Floor 1: Most activities and breakout sessions; plenary sessions in Rooms 106/107
  • Floor 2: Wellness services, STI testing, all-day spaces, and some breakout sessions
  • Floor 3: Additional all-day spaces and some breakout sessions

Will there be overflow seating for plenary sessions?

Yes. Due to expected high attendance, plenary sessions will have overflow rooms (primarily Rooms 112/113) where the session will be displayed.

How will I know where to go?

Your registration confirmation will include room assignments and times for your selected sessions. Additionally, each room will be labeled, and you’ll have access to a virtual schedule throughout the building. We encourage you to review the floor plan when you arrive.

Where are the bathrooms?

Bathrooms are available on all three floors, including two single-stall restrooms on the first floor. We encourage everyone to use the bathroom of their choice. We do not police bathrooms.

Should I use the stairs or elevator?

Due to the expected number of attendees and the age of our elevators, we encourage those who are able to use the stairs and reserve elevators for those with mobility challenges. There are two stairwells: one behind the main elevator bank and another toward the rear of the building.

Parking & Transportation

Where can I park?

While the Montrose Center has a parking lot, we expect it to be full. We strongly encourage rideshare or public transportation. Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood—we just ask that everyone be good neighbors.

- Safety & Privacy -

Will sessions be livestreamed?

No. Due to privacy and safety concerns, there will be no livestream of sessions outside of the venue. We also ask that attendees refrain from live streaming sessions.

Can I take photos or videos?

Always ask permission before taking photos of others. We will have approved photographers and videographers on-site collecting content. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform them and we will accommodate you as best we can. Due to the number of attendees and the public nature of the event, please proactively alert photographers/videographers if you prefer not to be captured.

What about emergency procedures?

Emergency exit information and safety procedures will be shared during the plenary sessions each day. We encourage you to review the floor plan when you arrive and note the location of the stairwells (which serve as emergency exits). In case of emergency, proceed down the stairs and out to the parking lot.
