Fine Print

• Must have valid passport (6 months after return date) in order to travel.
• Book through Claudia to receive discounted rates above and be included in the weekend events.
• $75 Attendance Fee is non-refundable
• If you are in a DBL occupancy room, you MUST purchase the travel protection to protect your roomie in case of cancellation. Prices for the Cancel for ANY Reason insurance are:
  1. Credit towards a future trip refund - $80-$140; OR 
  2. Cash Refund - $140-$285
• 2nd payment of $300/pp is due May 6, 2024
• Final payment due July 15, 2024
• Financing for your entire flight+lodging expenses can be requested
