FIRST GLADIATOR RUCK
Forged through discipline.
This is not a workout. It’s a standard.
Gladiator Blueprints exists for people who are tired of starting over and ready to build real consistency, resilience, and self-respect through action.
This first ruck marks the beginning.
Not of an event.
Of a culture.
WHAT THIS IS
This is a 2.5-mile ruck at Cooper River Park.
Rucking is walking with a backpack, with or without weight.
But this is not about distance.
It’s about deliberately choosing effort.
Moving under load.
Showing up when it would be easier not to.
This event is for anyone who wants to step outside their comfort zone, test themselves, and experience what Gladiator Blueprints is about.
No spectators.
No hype.
Just work, carried together.
