Glow & Gather is unlike any other conference or tradeshow in Texas. Our conference was created three years ago by two Licensed Estheticians wanting more for the community.
When creating Glow and Gather, it was crafted carefully by two estheticians located in San Antonio, Texas. Desiree Flores and Jackie Rodman realized there weren't many resources or conferences that came to San Antonio or South Texas. Together, they realized they shared the same vision and goals to create an unforgettable, yet intimate experience for the community.
Glow and Gather launched in 2024, inviting both new, and seasoned estheticians, and we sometimes can't believe how far our event has come since year one. Our event showcases education, live demonstrations, networking, and of course awesome prizes. We believe in community over competition and creating professional business relationships and a strong connection within the community. We choose our speakers, presenters, and sponsors very carefully and select only those who align with our vision.

She specializes in brows and intimate waxing and has built her brand around mastering brow artistry with precision and technique.
Tye’Asja is also a brow educator who trains other beauty professionals through her masterclasses. At Glow & Gather, she’ll be sharing her expertise with a live brow tint demo, giving attendees a chance to see her technique and results up close.

Jackie Rodman is a Licensed Esthetician with five years of experience and the owner of Local Esthetics in North Carolina. Driven by a passion for community, she founded the Facebook group Estheticians of San Antonio and hosts the Local Beauty Podcast. Three years ago, she partnered with Desiree Flores to co-found Glow & Gather. Jackie’s mission is to ensure the field of esthetics is never lonely or alienating; instead, she strives to create a collaborative and unifying space where professionals can grow and succeed together.

Desiree Flores is the Founder of Haus of Bella Esthetics, and Co-Founder of Glow & Gather. She is a Licensed Esthetician and Intimate Skincare Expert, specializing in intimate brightening. She currently serves as an educator for Prana Spaceuticals, a Dermastart Brand. With over 17 years of experience in sales and leadership, Desiree now empowers beauty professionals through hands-on training, mentorship, and education, helping them grow in confidence, skill, and strategy.
