Welcome to Gal's Night Out, the ultimate charitable soirée benefiting Hope House Colorado. Prepare for an evening of enchantment as Echter's transforms into a vibrant marketplace, showcasing the best vendors and artisans Colorado has to offer. From delectable tastings to captivating live music, attendees will be immersed in an experience like no other. With over 50 vendors invited to participate, this event promises an abundance of treasures waiting to be discovered. Join us for a night of community, compassion, and celebration as we come together to make a difference.

What to Expect
The Event:
> Private, ticketed charity event
> 350 attendees
> Over 50 local vendors & artisans
> Event from 5pm - 9pm (4 hour duration)
> 2 bars serving wine, beer, hard seltzer, hard cider, soft drinks, and water
> Musical entertainment from local artists
> Raffle items at participating vendor booths
> 20% off shopping at Echter's
> 350 attendees

> 6ft or 12ft booths available for purchase
> Table(s) and chairs provided upon request
> Vendors will receive 2 drink tickets with a 6ft booth or 3 drink tickets with a 12ft (paid) booth
> Additional drink tickets available for $5 each
> Vendor set-up will be from 1pm - 4pm
> Vendors (in-house excluded) are responsible for collecting their own payments via Square, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash etc.

Echter's carries your product in the store. You are attending the event to promote your brand and products. You are not selling items at your booth but your products will be available to purchase from Echter's Garden Center the night of the event.

> We encourage vendors to enhance their presence by providing samples, offering exclusive discount codes for future purchases, and/or contributing a captivating raffle item to attract guests to your booth.
> The majority of vendors provide an item (or items) for raffle at the event. Guests will eagerly participate by entering the raffle at your booth, with the winner being chosen (by you) at the end of the event. You have the option to leave the raffle prize with Echter's for convenient delivery to the lucky winner, or manage the delivery yourself. Remember to retain the raffle entry slips for potential additions to your marketing lists.
> Upon request, we will provide covered tables, chairs, access to electrical outlets, and essential raffle supplies including entry forms, pencils, and buckets.
> Please note that Wi-Fi will not be available during the event. Ensure your capability to accept offline payments accordingly.
> Due to limited space availability, we kindly ask vendors to refrain from planning for additional display areas beyond the designated 6ft or 12ft booth space. (While we understand this may have been permitted previously, this year's event will be at full capacity.)
> While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all preferences. Please be aware that due to power limitations within the store, requested locations may not always be available.
> The majority of vendors provide an item (or items) for raffle at the event.
