Hope House empowers teen moms to create brighter futures for themselves and their children. As Colorado's only resource center exclusively for parenting teen mothers, Hope House provides free programs and support, including residential housing, GED preparation, career readiness, parenting classes, and personal counseling. By offering a safe and nurturing environment, they equip young moms with the skills and confidence to achieve self-sufficiency. Through community support and advocacy, Hope House strives to break the cycle of poverty and create generational change.

Sampling Vendor:
Choose this option if you are a vendor providing food and/or beverage samples to our 500+ attendees.

Sampling Vendors may also sell products and promote their business during the event. To help offset the cost of providing samples, Sampling Vendors receive a reduced booth fee.

Echter's will be actively promoting Gal's Night Out through a variety of marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and in-store promotions. As a registered vendor, you will be featured prominently on our event page. Simply send us your logo and website or social media link, and we'll handle the rest!
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the event layout?
Vendor booths will be arranged along the main walkways and aisles throughout the store. Each booth includes either a 6-foot or 12-foot table (upon request). Please note these measurements refer to table length, not full booth dimensions, so they are not 6x6 or 12x12 spaces. If you have special space requirements, indicate them on your registration form and we will do our best to accommodate. Two bars will be positioned at opposite ends of the event to encourage traffic flow.

What is the attendee demographic?
We expect around 500 attendees, primarily women, though men are welcome as well. The age range varies widely—from young adults in their 20s to seniors in their 90s—creating a diverse and engaged crowd.

Can I request a specific booth location?
We do our best to accommodate location requests but cannot guarantee specific placements. Some vendors must be located near power sources, and we also try to space out vendors selling similar products to create variety throughout the event.

What is the setup process on the day of the event?
When you arrive, check in at the information desk inside the main entrance. Our team will provide your vendor packet and direct you to your booth location.
Setup begins at 12:00 PM and must be completed by 3:30 PM. Attendees typically begin lining up around that time, so we recommend being fully set up beforehand. Echter’s will have carts available for vendor use during setup.

How many drink tickets are included with my registration?
Each vendor registration includes 2 drink tickets, or 3 drink tickets with a paid 12-foot booth.
Additional drink tickets may be purchased in advance for $5 each and will be included in your vendor packet. During the event, drink tickets will be $10 each at the information desk.
Tickets may be redeemed at the bar for beer, wine, seltzers, ciders, or soft drinks. Water will also be available.

How does the raffle work?
Vendors may offer a raffle item to encourage attendees to visit their booth. Echter’s will provide entry slips, pencils, and a collection container. You will collect entries throughout the event and select a winner at the end of the night.
You may either:
1. Leave the prize with Echter’s and we will contact the winner for pickup
2. Take the prize with you and contact the winner directly
You are welcome to keep the remaining entry slips for your marketing list.

Is there designated vendor parking?
Yes. Vendors may use the front parking lot and loading zone for unloading. After unloading, vehicles should be moved to the vendor lot in the gated dirt lot on 52nd Street, north of the property. Overflow parking is available at 52nd and Garrison.
All vendor vehicles must be relocated by 3:30 PM. Parking maps and instructions will be emailed the week before the event.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
