You’re invited to an elevated, building-wide open house experience at The Linden Residences.


Check in with the Linden Concierge to receive your passport and residence map before embarking on a building-wide tour. Explore model homes, a penthouse unit and additional residences. Each residence will offer an activation from our curated partners including VIO Med Spa, Blalack + Moore Wines, Pershing Milkman, Ben’s Workshop, Lando’s Liquors & Libations & more.

Beginning at 7:00 PM, the 10th floor amenity deck will open to guests who have completed their tour. While some may still be exploring residences, those ready can enjoy cocktails and lite bites as the evening unfolds. Festivities build from there with a sunset toast around 7:30 (sunset is at 7:32pm) to 8:30 with live music by The Vallejo Brothers and sweeping sunset views all leading up to the exclusive prize drawing for guests who complete their passport.

This event is designed to engage top brokers, prospective buyers, and local tastemakers in a memorable and experiential way, bringing The Linden lifestyle to life through thoughtful programming, brand collaboration, and inspired design.
