TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Vendor is responsible for local and state sales tax.
*Booth size is 15x15
*Dixie Hideaway is not responsible for adhering to MLM company guidelines regarding the number of consultants at vendor events.
*Dixie Hideaway is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, vehicles or belongings of any vendor.
*Vendor is responsible for any liability in regards to goods or services sold.
*Vendor is responsible for ensuring that they hold valid food permit.
*No alcohol is permitted on site for sale.
*Registration fee is non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event.
*Booth locations are first come, first serve.
*Vendor set up begins at 8am the day of event and vendors should be setup and ready for customers by 10am. If you need more time and would like to setup the day before please let us know and we will do our best to coordinate a time with you.
*VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY UNTIL EVENT IS OVER.
*Dixie Hideaway reserves the right to cancel event if we do not feel there are enough vendors registered for the event to be successful. In the event that happens the registration fee will be credited to the following trade day. Dixie Hideaway will make that decision and notify vendors no later than 5pm on the Thursday before the event.
