Learn how to bbq like a pro!
Whether you are just starting out with your first smoker or ready to start competing in contests, this class will cover all the bases. Led by Champion Pit Master, Jason Ganahl, you will learn how to pick the right brisket, trim, season, & cook to get it perfect every time. He will also teach the proper rest procedure and how to slice.

You're going to learn tips, tricks, and how to master a brisket all while enjoying the company of other local BBQ enthusiasts. We will do a Q&A and eat at the end to ensure all your questions are answered and your bellies are full.

This is a not to be missed class for any BBQ enthusiast. Event ticket includes:
- 2 hour master class from Jason Ganahl on all things brisket
- 1 hour dinner and socializing

About Jason Ganahl
This class is led by Hall of Fame Pitmaster, Jason Ganahl. He will provide live in-person instruction on what has helped him win a combination of 19 professional Grand and Reserve Grand championships across the country including winning the United States 3rd largest contest. Jason Won RMBBQA’s Prestigious Team of the Year award and was inducted into the Hall of Fame. He has been featured on the Food Network, Cooking Channel and has a YouTube Channel with close to 13 million views. Jason is the founder of G-Que BBQ restaurants with 7 Denver area locations. G-Que has countless Best BBQ awards from various media outlets ranging from 5280 to Food and Wine. Jason's influence extends beyond the kitchen as he shares his knowledge and passion with a wider audience having taught thousands of people at his cooking classes, demonstrations, and media appearances.
